Our small and well cared for caravan and camping park offers all the essential modern facilities you would expect, in an ideal location for reaching out into the local area with a huge range of attractions less than 5 minutes away.
Electricity and water supplies make it easy to stay comfortable for as long as you like, and there's a shower and toilet block everyone is welcome to use. With lots of local knowledge from our team, the park is perfect as a quiet getaway, or as a base to visit 5 of the top 10 rated beaches in Kent, including Dungeness Beach as No.1 and Greatstone Beach as No.2, on the south coast.

Pitches prices - Please read all the information below.
The Basic Pitch Price includes one unit (tent/ motorhome/ caravan/ campervan), 2 people, 1 car and 1 dog and an attached or drive-away awning (NOT an extra tent). When placing a booking for your pitch you can then add extras (including electric hookup, children, dogs and cars) which can be found on the 2nd page in the reservation process. Gazebo's are an added extra and must fit within your pitch (for tents only).
* A pup tent is a small tent pitched alongside the main unit, often used for storage, toilet or pets (NOT for sleeping in). A maximum size of 1 m x 1 m.
Please note: We only allow 1 unit (tent/ motorhome/ caravan/ campervan) and a maximum of 6 people to share that unit in total per pitch. For the safety and enjoyment of everybody. Please book a further pitch if you exceed 6 people. No more than 1 pitch/ accommodation/ unit per booking. Tents exceeding 8m x 8m including their guy ropes will need to book two pitches.
Bank Holidays Minimum 3 nights.

Extras
You can add any extras to your basic pitch price. We only allow 1 unit, a maximum of 6 people, a maximum of 2 dogs and 2 cars per pitch. All cars must be booked/ registered in advance.
You can find these add-on extras on the 2nd page of the reservation form/ stage after you have chosen your pitch.
All of our facilities are included in the price except laundry.

* Electric Hook-up: Meter readings will be taken on arrival and departure. If you exceed 11 units per night an extra charge of 0.45p per unit will be charged. There will be no refund for lesser usage. We DO NOT allow portable engine-driven generators. We do NOT allow charging for electric cars.
** Firepit & Camp bed hire require a £30 cash security deposit to be paid on arrival. We will refund the cash deposits for the fire pits & camp beds when they are returned in good clean working order.
Fire pits are allowed but must be off the ground and not burn the grass. We have bricks available, please ask the managers where to find them.
